What is your return policy?
All orders are custom made, and returns are only accepted for samples or accent murals. We strongly suggest ordering a sample or accent mural before placing your order. If you are not happy with the samples or the accent mural, you may only return them under certain conditions. You must contact us before returning the tiles, and they must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving them. Refunds are only given if the tiles are returned in their original and new condition. Tiles that have been altered in any way and custom-sized murals may not be returned. Refund of samples is limited to 3 tiles per customer
How long will it take to receive my completed order?
All products are made to order and production takes 10-20 days depending on your format and order size from the date of purchase. The shipping depends on your locations and takes another 5-8 Days. However, since all of our tiles are custom-made, there may be a slight delay in delivery. If you need your tiles in a hurry, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if my tiles are damaged during shipping?
If your tiles arrive damaged, you should notify us within 72 hours of receiving your tiles. We will re-make your tiles and ship them to you at our expense. We ask that you keep the damaged items and all packaging material for shipper's inspection and pick up as we will make a claim with the shipper. All orders that are shipped with UPS and Fedex are fully insured but your cooperation with UPS and FedEx is necessary to file a damage claim.
Can I order Samples?
Yes, you can order samples! We offer discounted decor samples, and you can also order accents of murals. Additionally, you can request a sample on each product page. We strongly suggest ordering a sample or accent mural before placing your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice. Plus, we offer free refunds for all samples and accent murals, so you can shop with confidence!
