Shipping of Decor Tiles

All our decor tiles are proudly produced in Spain.

For Sample Orders & Small Orders (a few single boxes):

We understand you might want to see a sample or only need a few boxes for your project. For these smaller shipments, we prioritize speed and convenience.

• Carrier: We use UPS for reliable and tracked delivery.
• Shipping Times: To Europe: Typically 2-3 business days.
• International (e.g., Spain to USA): Typically 3-5 business days.

Our 8x8" tiles are substantial, with each box weighing approximately 16kg (35 lbs). Due to this weight and the use of air freight for faster delivery, the shipping cost for each box can be around $129. This reflects the cost of getting your heavy tiles to you quickly and safely via UPS. 

For Larger Orders (over 100 sq ft / approx. [10] boxes)

Planning a bigger project? For larger orders, we transition to a more cost-effective shipping method.

• International Shipping: Ocean Freight. This allows us to ship larger quantities more economically.
• Shipping Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery via ocean freight. While this option takes longer, it significantly reduces the shipping cost per tile for bulk orders.
• Delivery Process: For ocean freight orders, delivery will typically be curbside. We will coordinate with you regarding the delivery details. Important Notes: Processing Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for us to process your order before shipment, in addition to the shipping times quoted above.
• Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery: For all deliveries, especially larger freight orders, please inspect your tiles carefully upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during transit and report it immediately.
